She pinpoints what is it I might have needed to hear and voices out what I probably really wanted deep down.

She listens and helps me process what I feel and makes sure I'm reminded of better habit of being kinder to myself.

Elizabeth is a great therapist and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I used Betterhelp skeptically when I started and she was so great and understanding, and was able to not only help with my issues but helped me feel better about therapy overall. I took a break for about 2 years and found I needed therapy again, signed up and thankful she was still my therapist she remembered me as a patient and we picked up right where we left. She is an amazing therapist.
