Elizabeth is professional and prompt. She's great at taking the massive amounts of information I give her and condenses it down to the salient points. Her careful questions are pointed, poignant, and helpful. It's a joy to work with her.

Talking with Elizabeth has helped me better understand myself. She is very thoughtful and empathetic, and she asks a lot of clarifying questions which lead me to insights I wouldn't have found otherwise. She introduced me to the idea of rerouting neural pathways to change the direction of my thoughts and emotions. I have taken more action to better myself in the past few weeks than I had for years before meeting Elizabeth.
