About me

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Erban. A mother. A traveler. A bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in Florida. For more than 18 years, I have worked with adults, couples, families, teens and children. I use a collaborative approach and put a lot of focus on building relationships with my clients. I have partnered with clients working through family issues, relationship difficulties, parenting struggles, work stress, depression, and anxiety. I can provide support for parents of young children from a different perspective than most: endorsed in infant mental health by the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health (FAIMH), I am an expert in children from birth through five years of age. I also have experience working with loved ones of those with personality disorders. I am not the expert on your life -- in fact, you are -- but I can help identify themes and develop insight into why you make certain choices. I keep my focus on you as an individual, how you are affected by and affect those around you. I prefer not to focus on labels, knowing each person is different and their experiences are very different.
I look forward to working with you!

Elizabeth is easy to connect to. She’s a great ear and provides a lot of helpful feedback. I feel like she’s truly on my team, and had been a big part of getting through this whirlwind that has been 2020. I am grateful for her support and wholeheartedly recommend her. She’s truly an exceptional therapist.
