Elizabeth has been a great, empathetic therapist. She listens with no judgement and offers a different perspective for me to consider and view the situations in my life. She also offers me some ‘homework’ to see if it would help me. It is sad to see her go and i wish her the best!

She regularly checks in on the things you want to work on and keeps sessions productive by setting goals for the upcoming week. She is a true professional and I will always be grateful for her!
