Elizabeth has been a great, empathetic therapist. She listens with no judgement and offers a different perspective for me to consider and view the situations in my life. She also offers me some ‘homework’ to see if it would help me. It is sad to see her go and i wish her the best!

Elizabeth helped me come out of the lowest period and mental health phase of my life. She is patient, compassionate, kind, and encouraging, and offers tangible coping mechanisms that really worked for me. She is great at acknowledging your growth while continuing to guide you to the next level. She regularly checks in on the things you want to work on and keeps sessions productive by setting goals for the upcoming week. She is a true professional and I will always be grateful for her!

I’m sad to see her go but I loved working with her very much. She is amazing and understanding. Very supportive. She is the best therapist I have had so far.

I wasn't sure about starting therapy. But Elizabeth spoke to me like a friend, and was able to help me gain insight to a big issue that needed to be sorted out.
