Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and has great resources for the situation Im going through! She is a great listener with out judgement. After my first session I was already starting to feel less anxious. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for therapist.

Elizabeth was a perfect choice for me. She's easy to talk to, she listens closely and recommends multiple exercises. She pays close attention, I feel, to what I say and the context in which I put it. She has recommended a good book, which has helped me, and ultimately what matters most is that I feel she does care about the person she's giving therapy to. I'm so glad to have Elizabeth to help me and guide me toward emotional healing.
