Working with Elizabeth has truly been a life-changing experience. From our very first session, I felt completely heard, understood, and supported. Elizabeth has a unique ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where I can explore my thoughts and emotions freely. Her compassionate, insightful, and professional approach has helped me gain clarity and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges in my personal and professional life.
What I appreciate most about Elizabeth is her genuine care for her clients’ well-being. She’s not just a therapist who listens; she actively engages with me, offering thoughtful feedback and tools that I can use in everyday situations. Her expertise with coping mechanisms for stress and managing relationships challenges, have empowered me to overcome obstacles I once thought were insurmountable.
Each session with Elizabeth leaves me feeling lighter, more centered, and optimistic about my journey. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated, empathetic therapist who will truly invest in their growth and healing.

Elizabeth is an amazing therapist. She truly listens and takes the time hear what I have to say and feel. She had helped me to process suppressed emotions that I've had bottled up for many years and help me to realize that I am not the "crazy" one . Because of her, I have a much better understanding of my family dynamics and how I can learn to adjust and move forward with them. I would highly recommend Elizabeth for your counseling needs. You can't go wrong!
