Elizabeth is not only kind and incredibly helpful, but also genuinely cares and relates without making you feel any kind of negative way about the feelings or situations you need to talk about. It’s invaluable to find someone who hears you out, can recognize when your thoughts and feelings are validated and also can compassionately guide you out of habits that are self-destructive. She is an absolute gem and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found her via BetterHelp

After going through a few therapists I was starting to get discouraged I would not find a good fit but Elizabeth has been so helpful. She not only talks me through things but gives me homework and activities to do between our sessions that have been really helpful. I feel like I have a long way to go in healing but I know I am on a better track now.

Elizabeth definitely knows her stuff! She has a firm background in the field and is super knowledgeable with all my questions. I have seen so much improvement in myself since I started. Elizabeth also shares very helpful strategies & assignments that I can work on outside of therapy. She is a great guide to improve your mental health!
