Liz was very great at being receptive to everything that I said during our talks. It was comforting knowing I could say anything to her and she had my best interest in mind.

She’s a great listener, I feel comfortable and safe talking with her which helps tremendously. I never feel judged or like she wants to fix my situation, she listens and offers guidance when I need it.

If you want to change your life, see Elizabeth. She is nurturing and kind, but not afraid to help you jump into the tough stuff. With Elizabeth, I felt safe to address the things that I have been avoiding for decades: childhood trauma, family addiction, grief and loss, self confidence, and anxiety. I am a different person from our first session and I will be forever (forever) grateful for that transformation.
