I am a therapist who has worked with individuals and couples addressing a variety of issues including mood disorders, anxiety, and substance misuse. I have worked for over 40 plus years helping individuals improve their quality of life. My treatment approach is a warm, empathic style , person centered, and individualized to the person. I utilize a strengths based approach, Cognitive Behavioral and motivational interventions to help the individual realize their potential.

Elizabeth Potts was kind, listened, had great tools, helped me so much with some difficult issues I was going through causing stress and anxiety. She was always on time and helpful . I felt comfortable immediately and I've never done therapy before. I would highly recommend her. She helped me very quickly get back on track by giving me great tools to help cope with the everyday stress. I'm amazed how much better I feel. I will be forever grateful for her
