Ellen Long, LCSW
About me
With over four years of professional experience, I am passionate about helping individuals and families overcome life’s challenges. I specialize in working with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, and relationship issues, including divorce and parenting concerns. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and a person-centered approach, allowing us to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
I have experience supporting clients with school and behavioral issues, as well as navigating the complexities of grief and loss. I believe in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and empowered to work toward healing and personal growth.
Taking the first step to reach out for support takes courage, and I am proud of you for making that decision. Together, we will explore your challenges, build effective coping strategies, and develop a plan for lasting change.
