I practice's with intention and provides the quality care that everyone should receive. I facilitates a person-centered non-judgmental approach that will enable clients to access their own abilities and achieve sustainable change.
I identify as a first generation Muslim Arab American. I specialize providing therapy for women who are Arab/ South Asian. I have experience MENA, immigrants or communities of various backgrounds, people with disabilities who may be struggling with relationship issues. I also have experience working with people who are privileged but also feel a sense of exclusion from their family and communities. I focus on processing intergenerational trauma and intersectional discrimination.
My nuanced background and experience has helped me appreciate diversity which enables me to create a safe space for a positive experience in therapy. The modelaties I use is cognitive-based therapy, strength-based, trauma focused. My clients can always take away with conflict-resolution techniques, feeling a sense of empowerment and control after our sessions.

She makes you feel safe to be yourself and helped me to remind myself of just how to stand up for what my heart really wants, to speak my truth and how to listen to my intuition while celebrating my layers proudly and boldly. Thank you, Emani.

I feel very heard by Eman. When she reflects back to me what she hears me saying, it’s always exactly what I tried to get across, even when I’m not eloquent about it. I have Borderline Personality Disorder, which some therapists won’t even touch, but she always helps me feel safe & comfortable. She is insightful, kind, & makes me think. Very grateful we were matched by BetterHelp.
