Emily has been absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot thank her enough. Her approach is evidence based but she delivers it from a “curious” point of view. This helped me analyze my thoughts and better understand unhealthy patterns I was stuck in. She offered so many tools that I will remember forever. She helped me both physically and mentally heal, and for that I will always be extremely thankful.

Emily is very understanding. She listens well and explains herself thoroughly while checking in with you and making sure that what she is explaining helpful and how I feel also. She is amazing and I very much enjoyed our session.

Emily has been such a great help. She is clearly very well educated. Every single question I have for her, she has a real answer for. In the past I’ve had therapists basically just tell me what I already know/regurgitate the same buzzwords/phrases. She understands how the brain works and explains to me how my experiences are processed in my brain and why I function the way that I do. She’s so easy to talk to, she reinforces the validation of my feelings without it feeling like pandering, overall she’s amazing.
