About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master’s in Addictions Counselor with over 19 years of experience with counseling individuals, couples and families struggling with mental health, substance abuse, anger management and family violence issues. I have experience with individual and couples therapy and I have facilitated Family Violence Intervention Groups, Anger Management, and Substance Abuse treatment groups. I am an engaging, compassionate, thought provoking, change evoking counselor that believes that everyone has the ability to become better and greater. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths-based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. It would be my honor and pleasure to work with you as well as to assist you to move toward accomplishing your desired goals.
