Emily is a great therapist because she relates and explains things really well. By the end of the first session I already felt somewhat better knowing I felt like I had a therapist that really understood my issues and could help me worth them.

Emily really listens and I feel comfortable with her. She doesn't make you feel like you're a bad person for feeling the way you do and tries her best to help solve whatever problem you are having at the time. She also helps to make you look at things from a different perspective, which is really helpful. So glad I got her as a therapist!

Emily has been wonderful! After only 2 sessions, it already feels like I’ve been talking to her for years. She checks on me during the week as well, and in all the years of therapy I’ve had, no other therapist has done that for me.

I had to find Emily by reading over 70 bios. I had almost given up because the recommended ones kept ghosting me or were not at all a good fit. If someone wasn’t patient in looking for the wrong person they would easily give up if they had to go through 3 different therapists before finding the right one. Thank goodness for Emily because if she hadn’t been perfect i would have never stayed.

I’m so thankful I have been paired with Emily. I always feel so validated and empowered when we talk. Her communication is fantastic when I need to contact her outside of our session appts, and she has recommended homework from BetterHelp that is extremely helpful. 5 star service!

After the third session I feel like I’m making progress, I look forward to the sessions to hear an unbiased opinion on what I’m going through and Emily offers that with empathy and support. She shares personal experiences to relate what you’re going through. That is comforting knowing she is coming from life experience to relate to my current situation and expertise in her field of work to help me through it.

Emily is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She also provided many resources for me to help guide me and actually listens and gives good advice rather than just sit there doing nothing, like many therapists I've had in the past.
