Emily Sladicka, LCSW
About me
Hi, I’m Emily, a Lyme-literate therapist specializing in chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, trauma, and women’s health.
I offer a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy, understanding that chronic trauma—whether physical or emotional—can deeply affect both the body and mind. I work with individuals who are facing the daily challenges of chronic pain, helping them address not only the physical symptoms but also the emotional toll it takes. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies and somatic practices, my goal is to help you heal, restore balance, and improve your overall well-being.
In addition to working with those experiencing chronic pain, I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, uncover its root causes, and develop practical tools for lasting healing. I also support clients through relationship challenges, offering insight and guidance for navigating complex dynamics. As a therapist with a deep understanding of the unique pressures women face in health, career, and life, I empower women to manage their physical and emotional health while finding balance and fulfillment in all aspects of life.
If you're ready to move forward in your healing journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can address the underlying causes of your struggles, create sustainable solutions, and foster lasting change.
