Emma Gratteau, LCMHC
About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience treating clients who struggle with trauma (physical, sexual, emotional, and neglect), addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, and other mental health symptoms. I have a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Westminster College. I work from a trauma informed perspective and tailor treatment based on each client’s needs and goals. I am passionate about helping people learn more about themselves and empower them to make the best decisions for their lives. I am trained in psychodynamic and object relations theory, so I use those to create a foundation for the therapy work. I also utilize motivational interviewing, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis response planning, and insight-oriented psychotherapy. Seeking treatment is a big step and I look forward to helping you on your journey.
