She's sweet and very understanding. I've only had three sessions so far. I'm sure I'll have more to say as my therapy with her progresses.

Emma is such a gentle and attentive therapist, speaking with her helps so much and I feel a lot lighter after a session with her. I feel like she really listens and wants to help

This is the best therapy session I have ever attended. Emma is attentive, relatable and really easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable and shares her insights in a very comforting way. After today's session, I feel much more hopeful, and my faith in therapy has been renewed.

I have only had a few sessions with Emma, but in that time she has made me feel incredibly relaxed around her. I am comfortable sharing any of my experiences and memories with her and talking through my issues. She is incredibly understanding and unjudgemental. She will sit and listen to my concerns, no matter how small and ridiculous I think they may be, covering anything from my childhood, right up to what happened that morning. I would recommend both Emma, and Betterhelp whole heartedly. It has taken the fear out of searching for someone myself, and has paired me the ideal therapist for my needs.
