About me
I am a professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I provided intensive in home family therapy for a year and have been providing individual, group and family therapy in a residential pediatric metal hospital for the last 8 years. In this time I have worked with individuals predominantly dealing with PTSD as well as additional issues including ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders and worked with many adoptive, foster, and blended families. I taught classes in the past to married and single individuals. I use a strength based approach to help build the future and move on from issues of the past, doing my best to help other shed the shackles of shame and guilt. I'm certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but am comfortable with a variety of approaches and expressive outlets including music, art, writing, poetry, and other forms of self-expression.

He has done an amazing job with understanding my concerns and helping me work through them. He has changed my outlook on therapy and made it seem like something that I think a lot more people could benefit from. I would recommend him!
