Talking to Eric is like talking to a friend that actively listens. Yet seems so natural you also get the advise that makes sense, not just all you might want to hear. And that's what it is really the most valued here for me as I do not have another source of feedback I can trust right now. Its also a personality of the therapist that is important. You shall & will believe it's all meant and understood well as you see the tools working for you. It only happens however if you are willing to change your identity (bad habits that got you here). Recommend Eric's session to anyone who is willing to work on themselves and follow his recommendations.
