About me

I am passionate about bringing healing to those who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences. I provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, personality disorders, substance abuse, trauma, panic disorder, life transitions, etc. I will provide a thorough assessment to aid in identifying specific concerns and will modify my therapeutic approaches to match your individualized needs.

My approach is direct, and client focused. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and have also been trained in a range of other modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, & Solution Focused Therapy. It is my goal to help you develop strategies and skills that will directly affect the way that you relate to the world around you. Together, we can increase empowerment and self-compassion to help you live a more fulfilling life.
