About me
I’m currently providing online therapy in New York and Connecticut, where I focus on creating a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your feelings and behaviors. I have a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling, with a specialization in Traumatology from Liberty University (2024) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College (2020). My own journey as a 28-year combat veteran in the United States Army has shaped my understanding and compassion for those who are struggling.
I understand that life can be incredibly challenging at times, making you feel as though no one cares or is willing to listen. I want you to know that you’re not alone, and help is available. As a patient-centered, resiliency, and cognitive-behavioral therapist, I’m here to support you.
In our sessions together, I want to create a client-centered approach that meets you exactly where you are, moving at your pace. I will listen with empathy to your needs and goals as we work together to create a personalized plan. My ultimate aim is for you to leave our sessions equipped with helpful tools that can guide you through difficult moments while also building the resilience and confidence you need to face future challenges. You are important, and I am here to help you navigate this journey side by side.
