About me

Hello and welcome to my profile page. My name is Erica Tribble and I have been a social worker since 2004 when I graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelors degree in social work. I went on to obtain a Masters of Social work from Walla Walla College in 2006. Eventually finding my way into private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2013.
The first and most important step in any therapy is building report. You can expect me to use a strengths based and client centered approach in order to connect with you and develop a positive and healthy therapeutic alliance. Drawing from my training as a psychotherapist allows me to personalize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I typically work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and major life transitions.

She’s not someone who always sides with you, she helps you see the other end of things without making you feel like you’re completely wrong. Your feelings are valid but she helps you see both sides really well and help you to communicate with the people in your life.
