I have worked in the therapeutic setting for the past 8 years providing a gentle presence to clients in need. I am available to those individuals who may be struggling with self-love, finding purpose and meaning in life and life changes. I use motivational interviewing, solution focused counseling and client-centered care to help you move forward in your life.

I've only just started with Erica a few weeks ago, but I immediately have found a calmness in her that has helped slow down my anxiety. And all of her immediate suggestions are things that resonate with me and already motivate me to take good steps for myself. Looking forward to continuing to dig deeper into all parts of my life and trust that she will guide me in an understanding and realistic way.

Erica is a great therapist who has helped me through so much. She is easy to talk to and is patient as I work through thoughts and feelings. Because of her healthcare background, she has helped me to feel more confident when I meet with doctors and to stand up for myself when I’m uncomfortable or have questions. She also is very positive and that helps me to find ways to look at situations differently, which has greatly helped me with my anxiety. I definitely recommend her as a therapist.

I am so grateful to have Erica as my therapist. She is very intuitive, an excellent listener, and provides me insight and feedback that show she has really been paying attention and has gotten to know me as an individual. She does a fantastic job sharing resources and tips that are spot on with what I need. She also asks insightful questions that make me pause and think about an answer and why she is asking me to consider the topic. I highly recommend Erica!
