Erika has been nothing but helpful with my past sessions. Always kind and understanding while still getting to the root of the problem.

Erika's professionalism, positivity, focus and kindness are changing my life. She always manages to focus on the core of what I write, and is teaching me how to see the 'glass half full' perspective. This is much appreciated as I tend to be a bit of a loner and often get caught up in my own thoughts and perspectives, which can often lean towards the negative. This is the first time I have ever tried online counselling and it's been the best decision I've made in a long time. Thank you.
