Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Erika Rucker. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Erika is the first therapist I have had that I feel actually listens to me, not just the words I'm speaking, but what I'm trying to convey. She has seen things in me that I have kept well hidden for years, and is skillfully bringing those items to the surface for us to explore. Erika is a rare gem, so few are made that when you do find one, you truly know how fortunate you are.

Ericka is a wonderful therapist, and an even better human. She works with me on my needs, meeting me halfway, and is extraordinarily good at being a helper and supporter along the way. She has been incredibly kind and respectful, teaching me how to learn to be more kind with myself, and within my first month of therapy, we’ve been able to come up with an effective strategy for getting the feeling of getting back in control of my life in ways I didn’t imagine possible. I would recommend her to anyone on BetterHelp, or privately for therapy sessions.
She’s so awesome !!

Erika has been great. She met me when I was in a deep depressive slump, and my anxiety made it nearly impossible to sleep. She helped me find tools that worked for me and helped me forgive myself when I didn't meet my own expectations. I am doing leaps and bounds better because of her help.
