Erin Fly, LPC
About me
I am a Texas based, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of counseling experience as a COPSD therapist. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, substance abuse and addiction, as well as, co-occurring issues which include: depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bi-polar and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). I also have experience working with grief and helping those navigate the loss of a loved one.
My experience has included group and individual therapy in both residential and outpatient settings at a nonprofit substance treatment center, which handles co-occurring mental health issues. During my time there, I have the privilege of helping those who have both a substance abuse issue and a mental health concern. My approach to counseling is Centered Person, which is being anchored in both spirit and mind, logic, emotion and physical reality. I practice a nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
I am a caring and approachable therapist who works with clients in a collaborative partnership. This partnership is a therapeutic alliance that requires mutual trust, honesty, respect, communication, as well as, the drive and desire to do the work to improve your mental health. I am excited to work with you on your journey to better mental health.

Erin is very attentive and follows up on every topic and how I’m feeling with each. She’s very positive and provides positive exercises that make you feel amazing about yourself. She gives homework so you can stay on track and follows through on discussion. I love how I speak only a little about someone affecting my life and she easily pinpoints their type of personality to help me overcome the situation and things I can control. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
