About me
Hi, my name is Erin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have experience in providing therapy with young adults, adults and older adults. My approach to the therapeutic relationship is to engage in meaningful conversation to learn more about my clients. The importance of a healthy, therapeutic relationship is vital. I have experience with various modalities of treatment and theoretical frameworks. I believe it is key to start where the client is and build the foundation. I am able to provide empathetic listening, advocacy and coaching as we work together to identify core concerns. Life is not free from challenges and there are times we need someone to assist in navigating these challenges. We can use the difficult periods in life as opportunities to heal, to grow and to thrive. I am passionate about mental health and I believe everyone has the ability to be happy and be at peace.
