About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut with over 16 years of experience working in human services and social work. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief & loss, substance use, career challenges, intimate partner violence, community justice, LGBTQIA+, and trauma.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and believe everyone deserves support. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused and strength-based therapies. I work with each client to tailor sessions and treatment to fit your unique and specific needs.

The best therapist i could ever asked for.
Ive been Erin's patient for more than a year and at this point it feels like i am taking to a best friend. Erin is very warm, kind, funny, and respectful. She will never say the things you WANT to hear but the ones you NEED to hear. She is compassionate, empathic, and sweet. Erin is what a warm and cozy hug feels like in a winter day.

Erin is fantastic. I was in a really dark place a few short weeks ago, worries, anxious, paranoid, my marriage was falling apart and I was panicking. She listens to me ramble and gives me sage advice and tools that I can use to cope with everything I have going on. She has literally saved me from myself and I am forever grateful to her.
