Erin is always upbeat and concerned about my needs. She is always remembering where we left off on our conversations and picks up where we left off like no time has passed in between. She is very good at giving me positive advice and making me feel better about situations. I always look forward to the next time I get to chat with Erin. Erin has been incredible to work with. She provided support to me through one of the darkest periods of my life, showed me ways towards healing and health, and helped me take some very hard steps that were necessary to be able to move forward with my life.
She has provided me with a judgement free area to work through my thoughts and feelings, and helped me to begin to find faith in myself again and identify my inner critic.
I'm still a big work in progress but I have found hope again in my life, and had some moments that I'm incredibly proud of. I would not have been able to do that without her, and I can't imagine where my life would be if I hadn't. And I never dreamed I'd be capable of having the life I have today.

After more than a month of searching, I was led to Erin and decided to give therapy a go. She engaged me right off and sought to understand my struggles, then to turn it around and challenge my false assumptions and beliefs. I’m not sure - I think I’ve been with her 6 weeks now but I am seeing my issues melting away and I consider her more of a listening friend than ‘my therapist’. Erin was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and made it very easy for me to open up. She was a great listener, provided support and positive feedback. I found Erin easy to relate to and connect with. She made me feel very heard, and I tend to ramble and I have been diagnosed with ADHD, so i am aware I tend to be all over the place (especially when i am a little nervous) and she reassured me that she still understood my concerns and understood my mess of a life. Meeting with a counselor is something I have been putting off for years, as I am not one to talk about how I am feeling, which has always made me apprehensive to meet with a counselor, but I am now sure wishing I reached out sooner. She made me feel relaxed and able to express emotions in a very open and comfortable way. The feedback and insight she provided was really really helpful and made me feel heard and that there is a light at the tunnel. I am really looking forward to my next session with her! 10/10 :)

I have received counselling from Erin to help me with my ADHD. She's definitely an expert in this area and has so much to offer. She'll make sure first she understands your challenges, trying to get to know you. Then she works with you to help uncover what the real issue is and how to best help you. Her patient approach helped me discover for myself what steps I needed to take to improve and tackle my issues, never forcing anything on me. I really enjoy working with her and I'm grateful for the newly found confidence in myself she's helped me re-discover.
