About me

I am a licensed psychologist in Connecticut with 13 years of professional work experience as a mental health clinician. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults on issues related to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, learning differences, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also work with clients seeking help with parenting issues. I have particular expertise in helping young people and parents with organization, emotional self-regulation, and procrastination. My philosophy is that we are all fellow travelers, and that all people - regardless of age, diagnosis, or history - have the strength and wisdom to actively participate in solving their own problems. It's my job and my privilege to provide support, information, and plenty of positive feedback along the way.

Betterhelp got me someone to talk to ASAP and its definetly lifted a weight off me to just be able to talk to someone. It was easy and pressure free to switch therapists to find one i feel connected to most.
