Well paced , active listener and kind. This is my first experience with any kind of therapy let alone through video, Esther has been a warm and welcoming. So glad I was matched with her and looking forward to more sessions.

I was able to discuss freely the issues I have been dealing with and felt heard by Esther. She noted common themes and would help me recognize the bigger picture and how I can work on myself to become a stronger individual. We were able to identify key issues and I was giving material to learn from and apply that information into my daily life. Overall, I would highly recommend Esther as a therapist.

Esther has been great to work with. She is effective and has been guiding me through ways to rewire some of my unhealthy behaviors to healthy ones. I feel that I can openly discuss what I need to and can already say that I am very happy I have started this process to self healing. I hope to continue to make progress!

I've been working with Esther for several weeks, and she has been the best therapist I've ever had. Not only does she employ some of the standard therapy modalities, but she is solutions-based. I'm not just being motivationally interviewed, she helps to give me tools not only to deal with situations in my life but also to cope with the accompanying stress. Her communication style is direct and I really appreciate the insight she shares.
