I love how she checks in with me to see how I’m doing. Sometimes I just need that

Faith takes the time to listen to me and addresses all my concerns. She has provided me with many techniques to help me better understand and cope with my anxiety and depression. I have gotten more out of our two sessions together than I did the 9 months with my previous therapist. I leave the session feeling refreshed and optimistic. I look forward to continuing to better myself with Faith’s support and guidance.
