Fiona's role in navigating years of unprocessed feelings and trauma, during a breaking-point moment and huge period of change in my personal life, has been invaluable. She has helped me understand the nature of my past hurt and work through it, understand certain behaviours of myself and others as a result of what happened, and provide frameworks and actionable steps to move on and improve how I deal with things in the future. Fiona has, in a short time, helped me realise some of the main reasons that I’m so unhappy and desperate at times and given me hope I might actually be able to finally change it.
