I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in New York. I have been working online and in private practice for over 14 years. I help individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am effective in dealing with issues related to PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, life skills, disabilities, career goals, military life, family, marital and couples struggles, etc. I am glad that you've made the first step by reaching out for help.
