About me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of life and relationships. With years of experience in the field, I have honed my skills in providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support. My journey began with a deep passion for understanding human behavior and fostering healthy connections, leading me to obtain my licensure and pursue continuous professional development.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, in the United States and in Europe, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. My specialties include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes.
One of my most significant accomplishments as an LMFT is the successful implementation of evidence-based interventions that have significantly improved the lives of my clients. I have facilitated workshops, conducted research, and contributed to community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental wellness. My dedication to ethical practice and continuous learning has earned me recognition among my peers and within the communities I serve.
My values as a therapist are grounded in empathy, integrity, and respect for the unique experiences of each individual. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where clients are active participants in their healing journey. By building strong therapeutic alliances, I strive to empower clients to explore their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their personal goals.
My experiences have taught me the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity, as I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and identities. I am committed to advocating for mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding therapy. It is my honor to support clients in their pursuit of emotional well-being and to witness their growth and transformation.
