About me
I have been therapist for over 20 years with a broad range of experience and training. I have always been an inquisitive person who loves to learn. As a result I research every method of treatment I see is effective and learn how to use it to help my clients. I believe in an individualized approach, simply put, taking people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. To me this means improving the quality of life; by reducing things which interfere and building up strengths. While I come from a Psychodynamic Approach, understanding how things affect the whole person and what it takes to make life better; I have a lot of experience with trauma resolution, post traumatic stress, depression and anxiety, early childhood, development at various stages of life, and much more. I like working with people and helping them discover and develop their best selves; recover from their losses and build their potential for happiness.
