About me
Sometimes we feel ready to "do the work," but might feel uncertain about where to start. I work in this field because I believe we are capable of making tremendous changes when we understand ourselves better. I believe in empowering you to recognize the ways you can be in control of yourself and your situation. I am interested in who you are and like to meet you where you're at. My style is to support you in connecting your head and your heart to help you gain clarity on your current concerns. With this clarity, you can begin to take intentional steps toward the life you want.
I am grateful for the experience and skills I have learned over the years that have allowed me to treat a variety of concerns that have led to depression, anxiety, or trauma. My profile lists issues that I am able to support you through. Additionally, one of my clinical niches is working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, a form of trauma that often leaves individuals feeling confused, unheard, and disconnected from their sense of self. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy to gently guide you through the process of healing. I believe that survivors deserve to feel safe, understood, and whole again. Recovery from narcissistic abuse isn't just possible—it’s your right. You deserve to reclaim your voice and rebuild a life grounded in authenticity and self-respect.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and choosing the right therapist is an important step. I offer a collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. I’m licensed in California with 7 years of clinical experience. I received my Master’s in Counseling from Palo Alto University and am currently completing my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University. My multicultural background and immigrant experience help me understand the complex roles identity and culture play in our mental health.
