I have been working with Dr. Cannady for a few weeks now and as a therapy first-timer it's been an absolute pleasure. I feel seen, heard, and respected no matter the topic of conversation. Looking forward to future sessions with Dr. Cannady and would recommend her to anyone seeking to understand/improve their mental health without any judgment.

I feel like Dr. Cannady is very kind and compassionate. I don’t feel like she is judging me at any moment but listening and giving the same advice that I would want to be given to my daughter or I would give to my friends but it’s still hard to put into action or even sometimes find the right words to explain it to those around me but it’s okay as long as I am doing what is best for me and I’m not doing anything that they wouldn’t want for themselves, so thank you Dr. Can

I’ve been with Dr. Cannady a couple of weeks now, and though it is still early, I feel very comfortable with her and am already benefitting from the advice she has given me so far. I like how organized and goal oriented she is. She’s a great listener and very kind!
