I highly recommend Fumi Takashina as an exceptional therapist. In the midst of ultimate turmoil and emotional distress following the death of a family member, Fumi provided me with the support and guidance I needed to navigate through one of the most challenging times in my life. I found her to be absolutely fantastic and truly skilled in active listening. She demonstrated an outstanding memory, which made our sessions more effective and productive. Fumi’s unique approach to therapy enabled me to process my emotions and move forward in ways I did not think was possible. Her dedication, empathy, and compassion are truly remarkable and inspiring. I cannot thank Fumi enough for the positive impact she has had on my life.

Fumi, is a genuine, kind individual. She truly cares, and is there when I need support. She has helped me realize many things about myself, and walks me through as I process. I was scared at first to start my journey of healing, but she has made it a calming/healing experience. I would recommend her without restrain to any seeking to heal.

My therapist has been what's kept me afloat during this time because they're so understanding and gentle. I'm insanely grateful for having the chance to actually call them my therapist. This is the first time I've remained consistent with therapy in my entire life and it's because I'm held accountable with care, but also my therapist makes me actually look forward to sessions each week. I even programmed a session for my birthday because that's how safe and supported I feel during therapy. I look forward to continuing my journey along side my therapist, Fumi Takashina.
