About me
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in the State if Hawaii for over the past 6 years.
I have had the privilege and experience of working with a wide range of clients struggling with many different challenges. Including addiction to drugs and alcohol, recovery, depression, relationship issues, anger management, feeling emotionally or physically stuck, traumas and abuse (emotional and physical), and specific goal achievement.
My style of therapy is very warm, open and genuine. I believe that each person is worthy, valued and deserves happiness and to feel good about themselves. I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, systematic therapy and rational emotive therapy.
It takes courage to ask for help, and bravery to accept it. Change is not easy and can be scary. I’m here to help you and to support you through the challenges you are facing.

Gabrielle is easy to talk to - very warm and understanding. She asks questions that lead me to think over my state of mind and to consider new healthy perspectives for my situations. She provides mindfulness activities for the week to help me exercise positivity and control. Highly recommend.
