Gail Courtright, LCMHC
About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions as well as enhancing motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
Specifically, I enjoy working with adult women in various stages of life transitions, such as finishing college, becoming a mother, losing a loved one or any other life event they may be struggling through.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Gail is terrific! She has solidly pointed me in the right direction by helping me see the incorrect rationalizations I used to excuse poor decisions.

Ms. Courtright has a pleasant voice with a tone and speech that implies she cares and is listening. Ms. Courtright asks thought provoking questions and a point of view that I may not have considered.
