Gail has been a literal life saver. She has helped me rehabilitate myself from a very low starting point. She has helped me work through trauma for the first time in my life, despite years of therapy with another therapist. She doesn’t just listen and agree - she asks me challenging questions to help me grow and understand the root of my problems, whether we’re dealing with trivial issues or existential crises. She is the embodiment of empathy and wisdom. I look forward to all of my sessions with her. I couldn’t be happier to have matched with her on the first try with BetterHelp.
