Gary is my only experience of therapy.
I have worked with Gary for 3 months now and have found him a wonderful help, a knowledgable and wise therapist but ultimately a lovely man. He is reliable and detailed, remembering not only my life's details and events,, but also people in my life and how I relate to them.
I look forward to our talks, knowing they will be beneficial to me.

Gary is a friendly, warm naturally empathetic therapist. He listens when is required and is also not afraid to speak up and give feedback when he feels necessary. Therapy with Gary, for me, has very much been a two way street with give and take from both myself and Gary and not just someone who ‘listens to your problems and is understanding’ - although of course that has its benefits at times. It has helped me gain invaluable perspective on things that I couldn’t access on my own.
I think that has been the main benefit of my time with Gary has been getting his feedback in combination with some really useful exercises for putting into practice different strategies for better assertiveness, dealing with anxiety and more.
He also has a great sense of humour which really helped me open up. Couldn’t reccomend him highly enough. Thank you Gary!

Although it is still early days (it has only been three weeks since I started therapy with Gary), my progress is undeniable and I’m eager to explore more of my inner road map that has led me to this point in my life.
Gary is very empathetic and supportive. One of his greatest traits for me is his professional ability to distill the essence of my communication with him into an acceptance of even my darkest thoughts about my own persona. Who would have thought that my selfishness might be more common in all my human fellows than I presumed? I highly recommend Gary as your future therapist.

I have a good rapport with Gary. English isn't my mother language, so communication on my side is sometimes a bit difficult, but he is patient and an active participant in managing this barrier. He is flexible in his methods and listens to what I need.
