I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the states of Utah and Idaho with 5 years of professional work experience. I am trained in the following therapy methods:

I have a master's degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I have expertise in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, eating disorders, & depression.
