Gilbert has helped me through a lot of trauma that I faced in my past and present. His words of advice have helped me to realize my potential as a parent and as a person. Most importantly, he listens to me. I feel heard and validated after our sessions. I was ready to give up on therapy in general but wanted to give this new therapist that was assigned to me a chance. I’m glad I stuck around. Thank you Gilbert.

Gib is great individual to speak with - he offered patience, exceptional commentary, and most importantly a platform to hear me rant about life issues, then validate and break down those issues into what might be really going on at a deeper level. I appreciated all the time I spent with him, and though our relationship was short, I think it was exactly what I need to get my head put back on straight, and to pick myself up to keep on keepin’ on with life.
Thank you Gib!!

Gilbert brings a strong background and comfortable communication skill to our sessions. Our discussions are more like two friends talking about very personal things. He makes suggestions and encourages me to think about ways I can give life to actions that could make my life fuller and more qualitative for both myself and my partner.

I was going through a rough time in my life, and in a month I feel absolutely incredible and confident. My wife and I are better, things at work are better, and I don't feel depressed and anxious anymore. Gilbert is definitely someone I would reccomend for relationship issues, depression, and everything else that gets you down. He's relaxed, thoughtful, and makes sure to circle around to talk about other issues you bring up.

Gilbert spent a lot of time listening to me on our very first consultation. Already, he was able to take from that the reason why I needed help, direction and guidance. But, also that I needed reassurances and validation. Realizing that I needed help from a professional was one step. Taking that step is part of my process to getting to where I want to go with my life. I realize that every decision that I make is critical. Gilbert helps me to see that I am already working through the process of my journey and knows that I have specific goals. With that, he helps me to think about how to navigate the issues in order to keep my focus.
