I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for over 20 years and certified in Addictions and Employee Assistance Program. I have worked in a variety of workplace settings, dealing with communication, conflict, work life balance and career coaching. I have experience in treating a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, family and marital concerns to addictions and stress management. Throughout my career, I have cultivated skills in addressing trauma, EMDR( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), grieving, adoption and parenting issues. My style is warm and compassionate. My method is directive and solution focused, drawing on techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
