Hello! My name is Gina Solari and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC) through the state of North Carolina. I currently have 5 years of work experience. Most of my experience is in helping clients with trauma, abuse/neglect, stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, & coping with grief and loss. I am rostered through the state of North Carolina as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT).
I believe in meeting people where they are, and providing them with tools, skills and resources to add to their own toolboxes. The ultimate goal is to help clients reach a place where they can heal, feel proud of themselves for the work they have done, and successfully live each day to the best of their ability.
