Glenn House, LPC
About me
Hi, I am Glenn. Decades of working with people as a teacher, salesman, builder, and counselor have confirmed what I was taught in graduate school. The most powerful instrument I have in promoting change and healing is my relationship with a client. The Covid-19 restrictions have taught me that I can achieve healing relationships through on-line video platforms. I can continue to use Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and many other treatments that are evidence-based. I am well experienced in working with Children and Adolescents with years of experience treating them and their families in their homes. I have been extensively trained in treating trauma reactions in children and adults. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and am fully prepared to integrate science and faith to the degree that you are comfortable in order to gain success and healing. My license is as a Professional Counselor in Michigan. If I could help you with depression, anxiety, parenting, relational issues, or reactions to trauma, I would appreciate the opportunity.

Glenn has helped me through some significant times in my life, while also helping me unpack my past, which is causing a lot of my destructive behaviours. I would recommend him to anyone!

Glenn listens thoughtfully and is able to quickly discern and articulate the sometimes unseen and unspoken motivators that brings one to seek therapy.
He seeks to find common ground and connection, creating a safe space to explore personal topics and concerns. He was able to gently guide me through identifying thought patterns that were obstacles to achieving some personal goals and overall quality of life. I highly recommend Glenn!

Talking to Glenn is something I very much look forward to each week. He’s particularly skilled at guiding me to reflect and think through my experiences. It makes my time with husband and my toddler son more enjoyable than it could have been
