Glynn is very good at meeting you where you are as a person but still offering different approaches and strategies to help with whatever it is you're dealing with. He is empathetic, calm, and asks good questions that have made me think more deeply about what it is I need to work through. Glynn is a warm, inviting and funny (in a good way of course) person who I feel comfortable sharing information with.

Glynn is a fantastic therapist. He really focuses on getting to know those underlying issues and truly listens. I also love the therapy worksheets that he ask me to do, because it encourages me to think deeply about my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Glynn Griggs is the best counselor I've ever had. He is caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and best of all: he is able to meet me on my level. Whether I need to wrestle through a difficult topic, vent some emotions, or even just get a pick-me-up, he's able to pivot and work with my needs.
