I am a licensed mental health professional with over six years providing treatment to children and adults of diverse populations from a person-centered, integrated, and empathetic approach to counseling. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, career difficulties, depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions and many other issues that prevent my clients from becoming the best version of themselves.
My therapy style is interactive and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
